You may return most new, unopened jewelry items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 to 4 weeks of handing your return package to the shipper. This period includes the transit time for us to receive the return (7–10 business days), the time it takes to process your return (2–4 business days), and the time your bank takes to complete the refund (5–10 business days).
